Who We Are

Cort and Hope Deschamps have over 60 years of travel industry experience between them.  They have both worked at Holland America Cruise Lines, Cruise West and Paul Gauguin Cruises.  Hope has also been a travel agent and worked for an online travel company and Cort recently worked at UnCruise Adventures.  Hope has spent most of her career in Sales, while Cort has worked in Revenue Management and Product Planning.   As well, both have extensive experience in Marketing, Internal Operations, Customer Service, Accounting and many other aspects of the Travel Industry.  We started Hopes and Dreams Travel in 2016 in an office in Lacey, Washington.  Later, plans to develop a website were delayed by Covid-19.  We are now excited to go live with the website in 2022, just as the world starts to travel again.

Our career backgrounds have given us the experience and knowledge to help you set up your next travel experience.  Whether it is an ocean cruise in the Caribbean, Alaska, the South Pacific, the Mediterranean, the Baltics, the Panama Canal or an extensive World Cruise, we can assist you!  You may prefer, or want to try, River Cruises.  We also have experience and connections with river-based cruise lines around the world.
